You probably did not send the required collateral in a single transaction. If you send 600 then 400, the system won't know that you're trying to create a new Cumulus node so it doesn't matter that you have more than the required amount to run a node. Send the EXACT amount for your node tier in a single transaction, even if you send from the one wallet to the exact same wallet.
Yes! From the Node Orbit discord, simply create a support ticket and we'll walk through the process manually.
Each node is placed into a queue and each node moves up about once every two minutes. The Node Orbit dashboard will show you your rank and when you will get paid. Also, check the additional to see other ways to see your rank.
Just put 0.0.0.0 and let the blockchain update it automatically. You can name your node whatever you'd like.
You can use any of the wallets. We recommend using the same wallet if you're running multiple nodes so that you reduce your fees when claiming parallel assets.
